When the Marine Civic Club made the decision to sunset in early 2023, a group of local residents came together to carry on the tradition of volunteerism in our community. Their shared goal: to preserve the historic treasures of our area—including the Stone House Museum, the Early Settlers Cabin, and other important landmarks. Since that time, a dedicated group of seven individuals has led the way in ensuring our local history remains alive and accessible for future generations.
